Fun with perspective with the tour group Etosha National Park in Namibia was a place I had heard much of. The first game reserve on my G Adventures trip, I was excited to finally gaze upon herds of elephants, zebras, giraffes, lions, and find my favorite animal, the elusive honey badger. Etosha was supposed to be one of the best parks in southern Africa and by far the most famous in Namibia.

The reserve didn’t disappoint. As we entered the park, our driver slammed on the breaks and yelled over the microphone “elephants on the left!”? And there on our left was a herd of elephants with zebras around. We hadn’t even entered the park and already the animals were greeting us.

This was going to be a great trip and over the next few days the park was everything I had hoped it would be.?But to really understand the beauty of Etosha you need to see it and below are 15 photos that really highlight the beauty of the park.
